Never skip the basics! The foundations of strength and self-protection are the core of a fit mind and body. Learn proper form, breathing, posture, and full-body engagement. Mastering and returning to the basics will give you the necessary skills for everyday survival and true longevity.

Healing Modalities

Recovery is just as important as prevention. As survivors, our bodies can compensate for many conditions. Retrain a dysregulated nervous system by developing a practice at the intersection of movement, meditation, and mindfulness—a holistic way of being.

Physical Literacy

Feel confident in your body and explore playful activities again. Disrupt what you know about physical training and rebuild a skill base emphasizing movement quality. You will be equipped with the knowledge and tools to succeed in your daily life through self-protection and movement wellness.

Restorative Strength

Discover effective strategies to address common ailments and discomforts in your daily life. Improve your mobility by adopting a mixed modality approach that incorporates kettlebell lifting, calisthenics, and other versatile training tools. Start with a Movement Wellness Assessment to gauge your current movement capabilities and determine the most suitable programs that will best support your goals.

Self-protection / CQC Courses

Cultivate a vigilant mindset, adapt to any environment, and exploit any tool at your disposal through effective, dynamic, precise, and systematic training measures. Get moving immediately with foundational, strategic, and tactical footwork. Gain the confidence and critical skills to excel in close-quarters combat, increasing your chances of survival. 

Students must begin with a Power Up Workshop–a progressive 60-minute one-on-one session focusing on mindset conditioning and building foundational striking mechanics–or have attended a self-protection community workshop.

I’m thrilled to have you here. My objective is to foster a resilient, safer community—emphasizing self-reliance, strength, and personal safety. I’ve had the privilege of empowering individuals through 1:1 coaching, clinical work, and self-protection initiatives.

Having overcome a traumatic experience, I had to undergo a process of mental and physical retraining to support my recovery and reclaim control over my life. This journey has significantly influenced my approach to teaching and coaching. When we work together, you’ll be working with someone committed to continuous self-improvement, understanding your unique needs, and helping you build confidence in your body’s ability to defend itself against injuries and external threats.

I am dedicated to being attentive to your personal journey, championing you through challenges and celebrations alike. I want you to leave each session with an improved quality of life and a renewed enthusiasm to strengthen your abilities and discover your capabilities. My hope is for your healing and empowerment.
