Discover effective strategies to address common ailments and discomforts in your daily life. Improve your mobility by adopting a mixed modality approach that incorporates kettlebell lifting, calisthenics, and other versatile training tools. Students must begin with a Power Up Workshop–a progressive 60-minute one-on-one session focusing on mindset conditioning and building foundational striking mechanics–or have attended a self-protection community workshop.
